Neighbors...

My funny little neighbor, Dean, gave me a cookbook today. ~

~

And a crystal serving platter... how random...

It was thoughtful of her though.

~

We have decided we will communicate by leaving

notes in each other's mailboxes...

She is elderly and it is too hard for her to come down

the driveway to my apartment.

~

She has requested that I play the piano

for her next time I come over.

I think I am going to bring my camera and try

to get some pictures of her

and her funny little husband, Edward.

~

We used to call them Sid and Nancy before we actually

met them. I guess it's only proper that I call them

by their real names now...

~

Two of our other neighbors moved out yesterday.

'Billy' and 'Scary Carrie' we will miss you

even though we never really did talk.

'Billy' was the quiet sort and I was

scared of 'Carrie's' bangs so we never

did chat...

If she had just changed her

hairstyle we might have

been best of friends...

I guess I'll never know now...
